BJA Safeguarding Children & Adults Course

We will be running a three-hour BJA Safeguarding Children & Adults Course.

This will be a blended learning experience online with interactive activities. You will need to have your camera on for the duration of this training.

BJA Safeguarding Conference - CWO & DSL

The conference is only for BJA Club Welfare Officers (CWO) and University Judo Clubs Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL).

Theme: Celebrating BJA SG Approach ‘child to adulthood’ : with a celebration on our Four Nation approach to safeguarding.

This course is free of charge and will be facilitated online.

Life Champions - Free Course for BJA Members

Thanks to Fight For Peace, BJA members can now access the Life Champions course for FREE (usually £30)!

This UK Coaching course is recognised by the British Judo Association for coach revalidation – and it’s all about helping coaches build confidence, connect better with young people, and make a lasting impact both on and off the mat.

Hydrant Programme

The Hydrant Programme is a national policing programme supporting the work of the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) Child Protection and Abuse Investigation Working Group.

Originally established in 2014 to coordinate the response to non-recent child sexual abuse, but now supports forces across all child protection and abuse investigation issues.
